Refund policy

 

We thoroughly check our products to ensure you are receiving the best quality product and minimising if any, the risk of a possible faulty item being dispatched to you.  Heni does not accept returns nor exchanges and so we advise that you please make your selections wisely in regards to the product, size and choice of your purchase etc. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
 
Faulty items
We do apologise for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for any items deemed faulty.  Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
 
Exchange
Please make your selections wisely on the items that are offered for purchase as Heni do not accept exchanges or refunds, unless the purchased item is deemed faulty (according to the description stated above).
 
Refund
All accepted returns /refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase.  Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete.  This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are unable to influence this. The total amount of the purchase will be refunded less taxes, duties and shipping charges.
